Saroj Jha (CEO)

Saroj Jha is the CEO of Sibitalent Corp and serves on its Board of Directors. Prior to Sibitalent Corp., Saroj was the VP-Operations with SoftNice Inc. for their IT Staffing Services. He was responsible for the end to end staffing services. Prior to joining SoftNice, Saroj was the Business Head with Okaya Inc. and held various leadership roles. He was associated with Okaya for more than a decade and was managing the IT Staffing Division for US and India. He also spent an year and a half with FCS Software Solutions Ltd. Saroj is a Computer Science Graduate from TSTU, Russia.

Pankaj Mahajan (Director Business Development)

Pankaj Mahajan is the Director-Business Development at Sibitalent Corp and serves on its Board of Directors. He has spent almost a decade with Okaya Inc. working in the capacity of Vertical Head and held other leadership roles. He is known for his sales acumen, high energy and passion for sales. Prior to his work at Okaya, he was associated with FCS Software Solutions Ltd working in the capacity of a Business Development Manager. Pankaj has earned his BE in Mechanical Engineering from BCET, Punjab.

Sarvesh Sharma (AVP Sales)

A dynamic professional with more than 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales ,Marketing, Channel Management, Team Management etc. Hands on experience in business development in offshore market. Having experience in charting out sales strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes and growth and achieving revenue and profitability norms. Expertise in developing and managing business partners in order to enhance the market share and profit of the organization. Competent in implementing effective solutions to the customer needs, with an aim to improve customer loyalty, repeat and referral business.

Amit Gupta (B.D. & Project Manager)

Amit Gupta is working in the capacity of Manager – Projects and Business Development for the division of Software Development and Consulting Services of Sibi Talent Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for project execution and delivery for various Software Development and Consulting projects including website development, Mobile Application and Web Application development. Amit has earned B.E. in Information Technology from RGTU Bhopal and has more than seven years of working experience in project management and delivery.
